A PnV/Fashionably Male Exclusive
By Tom Peaks @MrPeaksNValleys
Recently, Oklahoma model Blayne Spann got his first taste of New York City, and PnV/Fashionably Male nabbed one of his first shoots in the Big Apple. Rising photographer Stefan Mreczko, who always connects well with his subjects, found Blayne to set his camera ablaze.
Blue-eyed, dirty-blonde Blayne took his stunning, jaw-dropping good looks and ripped body to NYC the last week of November, and his eyes were certainly wide open. Blayne recalled, “The trip to New York started out a little rough, but turned back around day 2. I went to roughly five shoots while I was there and ended up getting some good content.”
Regarding New York, he stated, “I wish I had gotten to do more but it was so cold you almost didn’t even want to be outside. The tall buildings were absolutely stunning and I’ve never seen anything like it. I could definitely see myself living there one day in the future if I find a reason to do so.”
Currently, Blayne is with Stone Model Management.
Stefan explained that it was a wintry afternoon when he and Blayne met for their shoot. “Blayne was visiting the city and I was lucky to snag some time in his schedule. Blayne is a natural talent in front of the camera. He is instantly able to bring emotion and mood to a photo.”
‘It was a gray day in New York,” Stefan noted.“We worked with natural light from the clouds, which created a perfect soft box and established a lush quality for the look and feel.”
“In addition to capturing some gorgeous portraits, we decided to have a bit of fun with some sparring gloves to evoke a ‘fighting spirit’ in some of the shots,” Stefan explained. “But the feeling we aimed to achieve across all the images is one of strength and beauty.”
Mission Accomplished! Blayne could be the poster child for male beauty and power.
